How it works
Choose one gift for everyone, upload your list or type the names, and add your logo and a dedication.
Pay by card in the secure checkout, with the quantity filled in from your list. Or ask for an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
We check your list and email you an invoice within one working day. You pay by bank transfer.
Within two working days of confirmed payment, we email you one PDF certificate per person, plus one file with all of them for printing. You decide how and when to hand them out.
Our local team plants the trees at Fagrabrekka between mid-May and the end of June 2027. If the ground or the weather isn't ready, they go in during the next window, late August to the end of September.
Card orders by Thursday 17 December reach you by Monday 21 December.
Paying by invoice: order by Friday 11 December, and make sure your payment reaches us by Thursday 17 December; bank transfers take a few days to arrive.
The person's name, your dedication, your company as the sender and your logo; the farm, Fagrabrekka in north-west Iceland; the species planted there, native downy birch, rowan and willow; and the planting season.
It doesn't name a single tree. Trees are planted together on the plot, and not every young tree survives its first Icelandic winters, so we report on the plot as a whole.
Spotted a typo, or someone joined the team? Email contact@reforesticeland.com with your order reference before we send the certificates, and we will update them.
Adding people adds to the price; we confirm any difference before we make the certificates.

10 trees: at least 10 people with a tree each, 2 people with a copse each, or one woodland. For a single gift, use Give a tree.
An Excel file (.xlsx) or a CSV with the names in the first column. Download the template in the order form to start. Up to 500 people per order; for more, email us.
Yes. Add a Dedication column to your list, up to 250 characters each. Where it's empty, we use the dedication you write for the whole order. A From column works the same way.
Under the sender line on each certificate, up to about 5 cm wide. A PNG with a transparent background, or an SVG, prints best.
No. We email all the certificates to you: one PDF per person, and one file with all of them for printing. You decide how and when to hand them out, and we never need their email addresses.
Yes. Choose Invoice in the order form. We check your list and email you the invoice within one working day; you pay by bank transfer, and the certificates follow within two working days of your payment arriving.
Our prices include VAT where it applies, and your receipt or invoice shows it, made out to your company. If you need your VAT number or a purchase order number on the invoice, choose Invoice and add them in the order form.
Yes, with a copse or a woodland each. The trees grow on a working farm, so visits are arranged with the landowner: email us and we will find a time. Travel to Iceland isn't included.
No. A gift of trees is a contribution to restoring native woodland on a named Icelandic farm. The certificates name the farm and the trees and make no carbon claim, so please don't present them as balancing your company's emissions.
